Tri-Grip Olympic Weight Plates – 2" / 50mm

Manufactured from solid cast iron with a durable protective coating, these tri-grip plates are built to handle heavy, repetitive use in home gyms, PT studios, and commercial facilities. Three integrated ergonomic handles make loading, unloading, and plate-only exercises like presses, raises, twists, and carries easier and safer to control.

With a 2" / 50mm centre hole, they're compatible with Olympic barbells, EZ curl bars, and 50mm dumbbell bars, giving a secure, balanced fit on the sleeve for both compound lifts and isolation work.
