Refund policy
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
To start a return, please email shehajfitness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind:
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If the return is due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days
• Funds are returned to your original payment method
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction
Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that are confirmed faulty or damaged.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you will need to request a return under our 30-day return policy. Once your return has been received and approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.
