At 17.8kg per tile, each mat is dense, stable, and designed to stay firmly in place. The dual-layer composite build and non-slip surface offer secure footing plus impact and noise reduction, helping protect your floor underneath.
Sold in 1m x 1m tiles that are easy to lay, expand, and customise, ideal for home and garage gyms, squat rack and bench setups, dumbbell and free weight areas, or PT studios and commercial environments. A 12-tile bundle (12m²) covers a 4m x 3m training zone including rack, bench, and lifting space.
