Important
This custom order does NOT include plastic connectors.
The tiles themselves are supplied only. The customer will need to source suitable connectors separately if they wish to connect the tiles using the interlocking connector system.
The specifications match your existing flooring: 500 × 500 × 20mm, four tiles per square metre, black with white flecks and high-density rubber.
For Shopify, I'd also make the product image say “CUSTOM ORDER – 41m² – NO CONNECTORS” quite visibly, because you've already had customers getting confused over whether connectors are included. Your normal flooring advertising specifically says connectors are included, so making this exception obvious is important
