Expertly designed for durability and high performance, these tri-grip weight plates are built from solid cast iron and rubber to withstand highly repetitive use, so you can train harder for longer.
Three ergonomic grip handles are built into the edge of each plate, letting you perform compound and isolated movements without a barbell or dumbbell, for improved stability, control and overall strength.
The 2 inch / 50mm centre hole fits Olympic-style barbells, dumbbells and EZ curl bars, and the set includes a heavy-duty weight tree rack with a powder-coated finish and non-slip feet for stable, organised storage.
